• History -- If you like history and want to learn more, you have come to the right place. Not only can you visit some awesome historical sites, but you can start a conversation with one of our residents and get a lesson as well!
  
  
• Outdoor activities -- So, you like to be outside? Any activity you like to do, we have it here. Hiking, swimming, skiing, Boating...the list goes on!
  
  
• sporting events -- We have never been more proud of our athletes. We are passionate about our college basketball, we love NASCAR and all the fun that goes with it, and the four letter word that rolls off our lips...G-O-L-F.
  
  
• Traveling N.C -- The drive up to the mountains or to the Outer Banks, our many wonderful parks, the waterfalls, river riding, our many attractions.
